PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk carrying device having increased flexibility in layout in a housing, to provide a disk device and to provide an electronic device. SOLUTION: The disk carrying device (disk device) 2 includes a housing 24, and a carrying means provided at the housing 24 and carrying a disk to an inner/outer part of the housing 24. The housing 24 has a front part 24A having a slot (opening part) 2A for inserting/removing the disk to/from the housing 24, and a side surface part (lower case) 25 crossing the front part 24A and arranged along a disk carrying direction by the carrying means. The side surface part 25 has an opening part for emergency ejection through which a tool for driving the carrying means and ejecting the disk to the outside of the housing 24 is inserted.
