A device for osteosynthesis of the neck of femur contains two rods with the screwed spreader between their external ends. The rods contain the troughs. The internal third of the upper rod is designed as straight plate positioned onto the rib relative to the trough of the lower rod. The screwed spreader is located beneath the lower rod allowing for graduated upward movement of the upper rod.
