<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation transmission device with a built-in one-way clutch, having improved wear resistance and seizure resistance under high-temperature and high-speed conditions. <P>SOLUTION: A pulley device 1 with a built-in roller clutch includes a sleeve 2, a pulley 3, a rolling bearing 4, and the roller clutch 5. The roller clutch 5 as the one-way clutch includes a clutch inner ring 6, a clutch outer ring 9, and a roller 10 arranged between the outer peripheral face of the clutch inner ring 6 and the inner peripheral face of the clutch outer ring 9. With the connection of the pulley 3 to the sleeve 2, it transmits rotating force only to rotate the pulley 3 relative to the sleeve 2 in a predetermined direction, from the pulley 3 to the sleeve 2. The clutch inner ring 6 is formed of a steel material having higher hardness Hv at 100°C than a raw material for each of the clutch outer ring 9 and the roller 10, the hardness Hv being 700 or greater at 100°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
