PURPOSE: A rotation assisting instrument of a vehicle steering wheel is provided to enable rapid response depending on the situation since the rotating performance of a steering wheel increases. CONSTITUTION: A rotation assisting instrument of a vehicle steering wheel comprises a handle frame. The handle frame is protruded on the steering wheel toward the lower part of a place where an assisting instrument is installed. Single frame is doubly formed to strengthen the rigidity of a wave wheel. A reinforcing plate is installed to increase the rigidity. The top of the assisting instrument is installed to be protruded a little than the wheel surface. A plurality of protrusions are applied on a rotating plate so that the palm is not separated during rotation.
