PURPOSE: A wrap box and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the warp box from being dented due to external impact. CONSTITUTION: A coating sheet(11) is adhered on the upper side of a woodrock with a square shape. An inner sheet is adhered to the rear of the woodrock. A cross shaped woodrock(30) is formed by cutting the woodrock with the coating sheet. A square receiver is formed by taping front, rear, left, and right sides with adhesive tapes. A cross shaped outer sheet(40) is formed to be pasted around the square receiver. A wrap box is formed by pasting the outer sheet with adhesive around the square receiver made of woodrock.
