FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: in peripheral venous blood of women of postmenopausal period relative content of CD95L+monocytes is determined, and if its value equals 22% or lower, chronic endometriatis is diagnosed. Application of claimed method makes it possible, by low-invasive method, to diagnose chronic endometriatis in women of postmenopausal period. ^ EFFECT: method is simple in application, can be used repeatedly in dynamics of observation, which allows doctor to take complex of adequate medicinal measures aimed at prevention of process prolongation and development of said pathology complications, improve quality of woman's life and reduce financial expenditures for expensive types of diagnostics and hospitalisation. ^ 1 tbl, 3 ex |
