PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise due to the drive and rotation of a motor. SOLUTION: When a control unit 2 PWM-drives and controls the motor 5, a current detection unit 6 detects a current flowing through an on-board motor 5. According to the detected current, a selection unit 8 in a command unit 3 selects a gradually different random single driving frequency, and a duty ratio each corresponding to the single driving frequency.
