PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wireless information transmission system in which correct control information can be obtained at a transmitting side, regardless of the quantity of errors, when an error occurs in communication data. SOLUTION: In a transmitting-side communication apparatus 100 which transmits data by radio, transmission data processed by a transmission data converting section 111 for processing transmission data on the basis of an error amount are delivered to an error-correcting signal control section 112, error-correcting coding is performed to obtain a data stream, and the obtained data stream is transmitted from a communication control section 113 as packet data. In a receiving-side communication apparatus 200, data are received by a communication control section 213 and decoded by an error-correcting signal control section 212, information indicating whether or not the data can be decoded is sent to an error amount storage section 222, an error amount is measured by an error amount measuring section 221 from a history of information, indicating whether or not the data can be decoded, stored in the error amount storage section 222 and the measured error amount is coded and transmitted to the transmitting-side communication apparatus 100.
