PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid film showing heat resistance, transparency and flexibility, from which a plasticizer does not bleed out. SOLUTION: The film is obtained from a polylactic acid composition (C) containing: 80-95 wt.% polylactic acid mixture (A) comprising poly-L-lactic acid and poly-D-lactic acid; and 5-20 wt.% polyglycerol fatty acid ester (B). In the polylactic acid film, the peak ratio (peak 1/peak 2) between the peak height (peak 1) of a maximum peak among endothermic peaks appearing within 150-200°C corresponding to melting of a poly-L-lactic acid and/or poly-D-lactic acid crystal and the peak height (peak 2) of a maximum peak among endothermic peaks appearing within 205-250°C corresponding to melting of a stereocomplex crystal in DSC measurement is≤0.35.
