The electrical heating device has a heating element, which is curved or bent, depending on a heated contour. A body (2) is made of a thermal insulating material. Side of the body, facing the heated contour, is sealed with a layer made of the thermal insulated material. The body or the layer has a groove (3) in the side, facing the heated contour, where the heating element is arranged. The heating element is rod-shaped with a connecting lead at one end.
