<p>The present invention relates to methods and devices making it possible to produce a solution of controlled concentration for medical use. The method and the device are essentially characterised in that, starting with a liquid 3 and a product 5, which is soluble in the liquid, respectively contained in a first chamber 1 and a second chamber 4 comprising at least one common wall part 6 consisting of a porous membrane 7, in a first phase, a pressure is applied in the first chamber 1 which is higher than that prevailing in the second chamber, in a second phase, the pressures in the first and second chambers are brought to a substantially equal value and, in a third phase, controlled flow of the liquid 3 into the first chamber 1 is produced.
