PURPOSE: A horizontality measuring system for a floating offshore plant is provided to control the movement of waves using ultrasonic waves and to measure a horizontality change of a floating offshore plant. CONSTITUTION: A horizontality measuring system for a floating offshore plant comprises an offshore plant and a horizontality control system(34). The offshore plant is installed on an upper connection deck. The horizontality control system is installed between the upper connection deck and a ship and controls the horizontality of the upper connection deck and the ship.
