PURPOSE: A system and a method thereof for offering a telephone related service to a plurality of apparatuses by using UPnP on home network are provided to efficiently make a call by a telephony terminal. CONSTITUTION: First and second electronic devices(1041,1042) transmit and receive a call data by a telephony terminal through a plurality of sessions. A control point selects the telephony terminal for transmitting and receiving a call by the first and second electronic devices. The control point sets up a call receipt connection between the telephony terminal and the first electronic device.
