<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter capable of reducing the positional deviation of the catheter relative to body tissue, especially the internal organ of a treatment object, a catheter securing device, a catheter kit and a method of manufacturing the catheter. <P>SOLUTION: The catheter kit comprises: the catheter 19 formed in an elongated tubular shape, having at least one medication discharge hole in the side surface thereof, and having a through-hole 11 which is a first engaging structure at the tip located further toward the tip side than the medication discharge hole; and the catheter securing device 20 configured as a separate body from the catheter 19, having an engaging groove 26 which is a second engaging structure to be engaged with the through-hole 11, secured to the tip of the catheter 19 when the through-hole 11 and the engaging groove 26 are engaged with each other, and having, in the secured state, a width which is greater than the diameter of the catheter 19 in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the catheter 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
