摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate variation in time required for specifying a cause of a trouble and recovering from the trouble due to a personal skill level of a system manager. <P>SOLUTION: On reception of a trouble notification mail from a monitoring system, a function causing a trouble is specified based on the notification mail and information useful for specifying a cause is obtained by a keyword search based on a corresponding trouble log. Then, the received mail and information relating to the obtained log are stored in mutual association.
