PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the intrusion of water into a hollow portion of a hollow concrete slab. SOLUTION: In the hollow concrete slab 1, a water sealing body 3 is arranged to close an opening 2a of the hollow portion 2. The water sealing body 3 includes a water sealing sheet (butyl sheet) 30 with a water sealing function, a urethane seal 31 for sealing a gap at the peripheral edge of the sheet 30, and a sponge 32 for supporting the sheet 30. The water sealing sheet 30 is supported by the sponge 32 so as not to fall, and the gap at the peripheral edge of the sheet 30 is sealed with the urethane seal 31.
