PURPOSE: A fitness machine is provided, which can control the air pressure exactly and regularly and improve exercise of muscle. CONSTITUTION: A fitness machine comprises: an air cylinder(110) in which the air pressure is maintained according to the exercise load value; a position recognition sensor(120) which is attached to the top of the air cylinder or load rise setting location of the lower external wall; a controller(130) which sets exercise load value, increases exercise load value, and stops the exercise of the air cylinder; a control valve(140) which maintains air pressure value of the air cylinder or instantly eliminates the air pressure; and a solenoid valve(160) which initializes the whole air pressure.
