PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste tire structure capable of exerting excellent vibration absorbing performance without applying particular working to a waste tire. SOLUTION: The waste tire structure 1 is laid under a building etc., so as to absorb vibration generated by earthquakes etc. A plurality of the waste tires 10 are fixed to one another by a wire 20 so as to constitute a unit 2. Preferably, the unit 2 is fixed by inserting the wire 20 through a through-hole which is formed at the tread of the waste tire.
