PURPOSE: A winding device for a hydraulic floodgate is provided to stop a floodgate at a desired height without using an additional hydraulic cylinder and to prevent the floodgate from being descended by the weight of the floodgate. CONSTITUTION: A winding device for a hydraulic floodgate comprises a link member(100) and a guide member. The link member is rotatably installed on the side surface of a floodgate(30). Slots are longitudinally formed in the link member. The end of a piston rod of a cylinder unit(20) is coupled to the link member. The guide member is composed of a rotation unit and a guide unit. The rotation unit is rotatably installed in one end of the link member. The guide unit is separated from the floodgate and is coupled to the rotation unit.
