PURPOSE: An USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) and a device and a method for managing the atmospheric environment are provided to refer the exact location and region, thereby preparing the atmospheric environment change instantly. CONSTITUTION: A server computer(300) receives sensor data from a USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) device(100). The server computer filters necessary data from the sensor data. The server computer receives image data from the satellite(200). The server computer extracts atmospheric temperature data and vegetation data from image data. The server computer analyzes the change level of atmospheric environment in real time. The server computer provides diagnosis and prediction information to a client(400).
