BAFFLE OF HEAT EXCHANGER

PURPOSE: A baffle of a heat exchanger is provided to simplify an assembling process and an inspection process since a baffle is assembled without a baffle assembling hole on a header pipe. CONSTITUTION: A baffle of a heat exchanger is inserted into the baffle hole of a header pipe(120) and divides a refrigerant flow space. Tapered protrusions(112a,112b) are formed on the baffle. The tapered protrusions are inserted into the baffle hole and are formed on both sides of the baffle. The height of the tapered protrusion is 10-40% of the thickness of a baffle material.
