The present invention relates to a brake device for a motor of a machine tool which uses two splines to reduce clearance tolerance between the splines and the lining to get rid of backlash and uses a power link to increase coupling force of the splines and a motor shaft. The brake device for a motor of a machine tool includes a first spline and a second spline installed on a motor shaft and each having teeth formed on an outer peripheral surface; a lining installed by having the teeth, formed on the outer peripheral surfaces of the first spline and the second spline, coupled to inner peripheral surfaces by a gear; a first power link and a second power link installed between the second spline and the motor shaft; a power link cap installed by crossing an upper portion and a rear portion of the second spline; and a bolt coupled to the power link cap by penetrating the first spline and the second spline. |
