PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation apparatus for setting routes to reliably suppress temperature rise of motors for drive. SOLUTION: An information processor 12 of the navigation apparatus 11 estimates a temperature change of the motor 3 for drive when an electric automobile 1 travels according to a route to a searched destination, and changes the route so that temperature of the motor 3 for drive does not rise to a level, where the performance of the motor 3 deteriorates. Concretely, an integrated value of link costs is calculated based on the link costs and link cost coefficients set for each link to search the route for minimizing the integrated value of the link costs. An integrated value of temperature costs is also calculated, based on temperature costs and temperature cost coefficients set for each link, and the route is changed so that the temperature costs do not exceed a performance deterioration threshold set corresponding to temperature, where the performance of the motor 3 for drive deteriorates.
