PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust an optical axis without requiring a complex configuration. SOLUTION: A laser light source device 1 includes an optical axis adjustment unit 6 for adjusting the optical axis of laser light emitted from a light source unit 3; and a bracket 5, to which the optical axis adjustment unit 6 is attached. The optical axis adjustment unit 6 includes: an X-axis moving portion 610 movable in the X axis direction; a Y-axis moving portion 620, integrally moved with the X-axis moving portion 610 and also movable in the Y-axis direction; an elastic contact pieces 614, which is provided on the X-axis moving portion 610, brought into elastic contact with part of the bracket 5, and locks the X-axis moving portion 610, thereby adjusting the position of the lens in the X axis direction; and an elastic contact piece 624 which is provided on the Y-axis moving portion 620, which is brought into elastic contact with part of the X-axis moving portion 610, and locks the Y-axis moving portion 620, thereby adjusting the position of the lens in the Y-axis direction.
