PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reform an existing vehicle that uses fossil fuel to an electric vehicle by a simple modification work using a unit comprising a minimum number of replacing components, for avoiding piling up of wasteful scrap. SOLUTION: Only minimum components including an engine, intaking/exhausting system, control part related to them, and a fuel tank of a used or new vehicle using fossil fuel which is currently and generally used are replaced with a motor, its control part, and battery chamber by using an attachment for replacement.
