PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup-type vending machine with improved cleaning performance at reduced cost which is capable of preventing splashing of fine powder. SOLUTION: In a system in which raw material and hot water are agitated in a cup, a removable powder splashing prevention plate 13 that covers the top face of the cup is provided between a discharge port 10 of a material storage 9 and the cup 4, so that the raw material can be put into the cup 4, without fail, without going via a raw material chute, and cleaning can be readily carried out, while manufacturing cost is reduced.
