PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braking force control device capable of improving the accuracy of control of braking force. SOLUTION: The braking force control device controlling braking force acting on a vehicle, includes a driving force obtaining means obtaining a driving force F<SB>drive</SB>acting on the vehicle, and a braking force estimating means estimating a braking force on the basis of the driving force F<SB>drive</SB>obtained by the driving force obtaining means. Therefore, a balancing point between the driving force F<SB>drive</SB>and the braking force can be intentionally produced, so that it becomes possible to estimate a correct braking force including the manufacturing unevenness or the aged deterioration of a brake actuator.
