PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-permeable water-proof sheet and a moisture-permeable water-proof composite sheet which each have good heat resistance and flame retardancy, is lightweight and flexible, and is excellent in moisture permeability and water-proof property. SOLUTION: There is provided the moisture-permeable water-proof sheet which comprises aromatic polyamide nanofibers each having a diameter 10-500 nm on a cross section orthogonal to the axis of the fiber and has a water resistant pressure of≥400 mm (water column) and a water moisture permeability of≥8,000 g/m<SP>2</SP>*24h. Besides, there is provided the moisture-permeable water-proof composite sheet which is produced by laminating one or more nanofiber layers comprising aromatic polyamide fibers each having a diameter 10-500 nm on a cross section orthogonal to the axis of the fiber to one or more fiber structure layers comprising fibers each having a diameter of 0.5-50μm on a cross section orthogonal to the axis of the fiber, and has a water resistant pressure of≥400 mm (water column) and a water moisture permeability of≥8,000 g/m<SP>2</SP>*24h.
