PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide complete separation even when separately delivering paper sheets one by one in a state of overlapping in close contact by static electricity like an uncirculated bill. SOLUTION: A tongue piece 9 of fixing an elastic material to a hub part arranged on a rotary shaft rotating by a driving means and an opening part 20 of projecting the tongue piece 9 to a side surface wall on the outlet side of a paper sheet stacking part 19, are arranged in the outlet vicinity of the paper sheet stacking part 19, and the rotated tongue piece 9 is allowed to abut on an end part of the paper sheets P on a stage 2.
