PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone rubber sheet for thermocompression bonding which has excellent releasing property not only to an epoxy conductive adhesive, but also to an acryl conductive adhesive. SOLUTION: The silicone rubber sheet for thermocompression bonding is a multilayer silicone rubber sheet used for a thermocompression bonding wiring and connection step for an electric-electronic equipment component and comprises a heat conductive silicone rubber sheet base material layer and a silicone protective layer provided at least on one side surface of the base material layer. The silicone protective layer comprises a silicone addition cured material and contains≥2 mol silethylene group (Si-CH2-CH2-Si) of an addition reaction part per 100 mol dimethyl siloxane unit ((CH3)2SiO1/2).
