PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which includes a constitution element which pops up in each direction on a pop-up type greeting card, includes a constitution to provide many spread surfaces to take in a function of a card holder being a means for extending applications, to be stored in compact, easily spread, and allows to improve visibility of a spread arrangement. SOLUTION: Main face bodies 2 including two faces or three faces in the longitudinal direction are connected in the lateral direction through connecting bodies 5 including two connecting parts or three connecting parts in the longitudinal direction. The shape of the lowest connecting part is formed into a shape in which both ends of its bottom side form acute angles, and folds are provided on the boundaries of the connecting positions and respective faces and connecting parts to prepare a polyhedron 1. Rising and falling constitutional bodies 24 popping up in each direction and card holders 27 are provided, and the shapes of the lowest connecting parts and the folds are effectively acted to store compactly the pop-up polyhedron, which is simply spread and includes an easily visual arrangement.
