<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create the schedule of service equipment and a crew in a traffic field with high quality and in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: By using service equipment or crews as assignment destinations, an assignment destination list creation part 11 creates an assignment destination list in which the sequence of assignment destination variables for a fixed period is defined according to the creation scene of a schedule, and an assignment content list creation part 13 creates an assignment content list in which the priority order of services or operations is defined for every assignment destination variable, and a schedule creation part 15 assigns the service or operation whose priority order is high of the assignment content list to each assignment destination variable in the order of the head of the assignment destination list, and evaluates whether or not any prescribed constraint violation has occurred. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
