PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform analyzer capable of fine analyses on the analog signal waveforms and video of an object to be analyzed even when a waveform sample rate and a video frame rate are different from each other when analog signal waveforms and video of the object to be analyzed are related to each other and displayed on a common screen for simultaneous analysis. SOLUTION: The waveform analyzer constituted in such a way as to perform simultaneous analysis by relating analog signal waveforms and video of an object to be analyzed to each other and displaying them on the common screen includes a means for generating frame-compensation video data for inter-frame compensation on the basis of the video data and a ratio of a sample rate for quantizing the analog signal waveforms and a frame rate of the video data.
