PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic radial tire that can effectively reduce the rolling resistance of the tire by reducing an eccentric rigidity while certainly leaving part of small radius of curvature in a path line of a carcass ply even after the tire is filled under a predetermined inner pressure. SOLUTION: The pneumatic radial tire includes a carcass 5 having two carcass plies 5a and 5b extending toroidally between bead cores 4, a belt 6 arranged in on the outer circumferential side of a crown area of the carcass 5, and a tread rubber 7 arranged in on the outer circumferential side of the belt 6.
