METHOD FOR METALLIZING CERAMIC SURFACE AND METHOD FOR CONNECTING CERAMIC WITH ALUMINUM

A method for metallizing ceramic surface comprises the following steps: immersing the ceramic surface to be metallized in aluminum or aluminum alloy melt; moving the ceramic surface to be metallized or keep it still relative to the melt such that the aluminum or aluminum alloy melt is attached to the ceramic surface to be metallized; taking out the ceramic surface to be metallized from the melt; naturally cooling the aluminum or aluminum alloy film attached to the surface to obtain the ceramic, the surface of which is connected with the aluminum or aluminum alloy film. The thickness of the film is ranging from several microns to tens of microns and the interface between the ceramic and the film does not contain amorphous oxide impurities. The film contains no micro defects and has good physical and mechanical properties. The ceramic can be connected with metal or ceramic by means of said film. A method and a device for connecting ceramic with metal are also provided.
