PURPOSE: The assembling structure of a transparent key-pad is provided to minimize the interference of an optical patterning part due to the manipulation of keys by protruding a driving boss on either of the upper or the lower side of a driving sheet. CONSTITUTION: A key-pad(10) includes a plurality of transparent keys(11) which is vertically manipulated by external force. An optical patterning part(20) is installed on the lower side of the key-pad. A pattern including characters or numbers is printed on the optical patterning part. A light guiding part(30) radiates light form light source toward the optical patterning part. A driving sheet(40) is installed on the lower side of the light guiding part.
