Disclosed herein is a process for preparing an iodide salt compound of formula I, comprising of: reacting a compound of Formula II with a compound of Formula III in the presence of an iodide salt, wherein substituents are as defined within the specification. Also disclosed is a process for preparing a compound of Formula II by combining a compound of Formula IV with a compound of Formula V to form a mixture and then adding a base to said mixture to form a compound of Formula II.
