<p>Composition (A) comprises cefuroxime axetil (I) in the form of particles, entirely enclosed in a coating of at least one lipid (insoluble in water but dispersing or decomposing in contact with gastrointestinal fluid), a bulk sweetener and a binder. (A) Also contains a sweetening system (II) and a texture modifier (III), in amounts so that the bitter taste of (I) is masked.
