PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To urge a specific operation to a viewing user at intentional timing along an advance of video content.

SOLUTION: This content distributing system includes: a storage part for storing guide content for guiding the viewing user of the video content to utilize a specific function targeting things represented in the video content, and a distribution schedule setting a display timing of the guide content during video content display; and a content distribution control part for distributing the guide content to a terminal of the viewing user of the video content according to the distribution schedule.
