PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing a pile, and a pile construction implement for use in the method, which enable a pile jacking force, necessary for pile penetration work performed by a rotary pile-jacking method, to be obtained without causing a drastic increase in a construction cost. SOLUTION: A cylindrical implement body 31, which has a spiral blade 33 fixed along an outer periphery, is attached to the pile 1 jacked into the ground 7, in such a manner to be rotated and jacked integrally with the pile 1. Subsequently, the implement body 31 is rotated together with the blade 33 in the ground 7, so that a downward propulsive force can be obtained with the blade 33; and the pile 1 and implement body 31 are jacked into the ground 7.
