Disclosed is a motor being driven by a drive circuit such as an inverter wherein such a problem that durability of a bearing is impaired by electrolytic corrosion caused by a current flowing through the bearing can be solved. A motor (100) comprises a stator where a winding (42)is applied, through an insulating part (43), to a stator core (41) constituted by laminating a predetermined number of electromagnetic steel plates punched into a predetermined shape, a rotor assembly (20) where a rotor (20a) and bearings (21a, 21b) consisting of rolling bearings are fitted to a shaft (23), a printed wiring board (45) arranged at the axial end of the stator and mounting a drive circuit, a bracket (30) attached to the axial end of the stator on which at least the printed wiring board (45) is arranged, and a conductive sheet (60) provided between the printed wiring board (45) and the bracket (30).
