VEHICLE, STARTING CONTROL METHOD OF VEHICLE AND DRIVER RECORDING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle capable of specifying a past driver, a starting control method of the vehicle, and a driver recording device capable of specifying the past driver in the vehicle by being mounted in the vehicle.

SOLUTION: This vehicle includes a data acquiring part 2 for acquiring individual specified data from an individual specified data recording body 1 possessed by the driver, a data recording deciding part 3 for outputting an operation permission signal on condition of the recording of the individual specified data acquired by the data acquiring part 2, and a starting operation part 4 for changing to a starting operable mode of the vehicle by the driver on condition of an input of the operation permission signal from the data recording deciding part 3.
