PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact antenna device capable of varying directivity. SOLUTION: The antenna device 1 has a grounded metal plate 10, first metal wire 11 are vertically placed on the metal plate 10, and a power supply part 15 is provided between the first metal wire 11 and the metal plate 10. Four straight line second metal wires 12 parallel to the metal plate 10 are connected to an end part of the first metal wire 11 on the opposite side to the power feeding part 15 and the four metal wires 12 are orthogonal to one another. Third metal wires 13 are connected to end parts on the side opposite to the side of the second metal wire 12 connected to the first metal wire 11. The third metal wires 13 are vertical to the metal plate 10 and are connected to the metal plate 10 via a variable resistance element 14. The antenna device 1 is in size equal to 1/10 of a wavelength or smaller and controls directivity by changing a resistance value of the variable resistance element 14. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
