PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: when a high-voltage generator for X-ray CT is miniaturized, intervals between internal cables and elements shorten to enlarge an electric field on an insulator, thus deteriorating insulation reliability. SOLUTION: In a circuit in which the high-voltage generator is split into a plurality of dc generating circuits that are connected in series to generate high voltage, metal conductors are inserted between the split dc generating circuits and are supplied with arbitrary voltage to improve insulation reliability. The circuit is molded with a resin to achieve a heat capacity as large as that of an oil-insulating circuit having inferior maintenance efficiency. Heat conduction through the metal conductors provides a superior heat dissipation performance, thereby preventing a local temperature rise. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
