PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen display processing apparatus capable of increasing degrees of freedom in the selection of hardware while keeping the amount of data communications from increasing, in a system where multiple hardware are connected by a communication means so as to share a screen display device. SOLUTION: The screen display processing apparatus connects two pieces of hardware HW1, HW2 to each other so that a display device connected to HW2 is shared. Frame buffers 11a and 11c to 11e are disposed correspondingly to respective operating systems OS1 to 4 and store description screen data using a common method. The frame buffer 11b that is in synchronism with the frame buffer 11a of HW 1 is disposed within HW 2. An LCD controller 15b synthesizes the description screen data in the frame buffers 11b to 11e and thereby generates an image for output to an LCD. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
