<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information terminal securing heat radiation properties and secrecy, space saving, and weight and cost reduction. <P>SOLUTION: The information terminal is equipped with a display part 9 and a control part 10 which are connected rotatably through hinge structures 21 and 22, and includes: a heat pipe 8 which transports heat from a heating element 6 provided in a waterproofing area 32 of the control part 10, to the display part 9 through the hinge structure 21; a heat sink 13 which radiates heat transported by the heat pipe 8; and ventilation slits 9f and 9g which emit outside the heat radiated by the heat sink 13.
