PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hermetic compressor reducing uneven wear of a thrust sliding part of a bearing part caused by tilting of a shaft, at a compression stroke of refrigerant gas, in a hermetic compressor. SOLUTION: In the thrust sliding part 121 of the bearing part 107, lubricating oil is effectively supplied to a maximum load area 124 on which a maximum load in one rotation of the shaft acts, and lubricating oil discharge grooves are formed to avoid the maximum load area 124 causing wear of the lubricating oil supply part 122 to prevent poor circulation of the lubricating oil.
