FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to orthopaedics and can be used for removing small benign bone tumours in surgical, traumatologic and other hospital environments. A cylindrical hollow cutter comprises a hollow cylindrical body with a working serrated portion on one end and a demountable rod member for removing the ground of a tumour integrated in a hollow part of the body. An internal surface of the cutter comprises triangular or rectangular spiral projections at a pitch of 1.5 to 2.5 mm. The length of the cutter spiral is specified within 35-50 mm. An internal diametre of the spiral projections is 1.15 - 1.25 of a diametre of the removed bone tumour. An external diametre of the spiral projections is 0.7 - 0.8 of a diametre of the removed bone tumour. A demountable member integrated in the hollow spiral of the spiral is designed as a rod with a working piston. A cylindrical surface of the working piston is provided with spiral projections. The projections are matched with the internal spiral hollows of the hollow spiral of the cutter and freely pass therein in rotary mode. A centre through hole for a guide pin is formed in a demountable member of the cutter. 2 to 4 blind cylindrical holes for a rotation key of the member in the body of the hollow cylindrical body are formed on an end of the rod. The cutter represents a set of cutters of various internal diametres of the hollow portion. ^ EFFECT: enabled removal of a small nidus, ensured minimum resection of the nidus with observing the oncological principles, eliminated haemotransfusion, reduced length of surgical intervention, and provided early social rehabilitation of a patient. ^ 2 cl, 3 ex, 1 dwg |
