摘要 Gas flow rate meter has measuring chamber, first thermo-sensitive field transistor and first field transistor, resistor, two sources of direct voltage and capacitors. Gate of the first thermo-sensitive field transistor through resistor is connected to the first pole of the first source of direct voltage. Second pole of first source of direct voltage is connected to sink of the first field transistor. Sources of the first thermo-sensitive and first field transistors are connected to each other. Gate of the first field transistor is connected to sink of the first thermo-sensitive field transistor to which first output terminal is connected. First output of capacitor is connected to the first pole of second source of direct voltage. Second output of capacitor is connected to the second pole of the second source of direct voltage, sink of the first field transistor and second pole of the first source of direct voltage. Gas flow rate meter includes as well second field transistor, second resistor and second capacitor.
