PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer sheet used for an injection-molding simultaneous transcription decorating method, in which a protective layer transcribed as a layer of the outermost surface of a decorative resin-molded article contains an ionization radiation hardening resin, and can be transcribed well to the decorative resin-molded article even if the protective layer is cross-linked and cured. SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet 10 for injection-molding simultaneous transcription, a demolding layer 12, the protective layer 13, a picture layer 15 and an adhesive layer 16 are laminated in this order on the substrate 11. The protective layer 13 comprises a resin composition containing the ratio (mass ratio) of a thermoplastic resin and the ionization radiation hardening resin of 50:50-95:5. After being laminated at least on the substrate 11, the demolding 12, the protective layer 13, and the picture layer 15 is irradiated with the ionization radiation to cross-link and cure the protective layer 13.
